Training centre design and operation
The review of an existing facility with recommendations for improvement to meet new or improved specifications. This service equally applies to new builds too. Both result in a detailed report with budget costings.

Health, Safety, Environment & Welfare
We can review an existing facilities HSEW management system or we can supply and
implement a system from new, based on in-house experience in operating and managing vocational training facilities.

 

Quality Management System (QMS) 
We can review an existing facilities QMS and make recommendations for improvement
based on know-how from the prior operation and management of vocational training
facilities.
