In relation to job applications, we will retain your CV (and any available public information from, for example social media) for a period of 12 months. If you are subsequently employed, we will retain the information for a period of 12 months post effective termination date.

 

The retention of any records beyond their intended date is subject to any legal / regulatory requirements placed upon companies to retain certain types of records.
